Hotel Receptionist / Hotel Front Office Assistant – Best View Management Sdn Bhd

Hotel Location : Sri Hartamas, Taipan, Sri Petaling, Bangi, Puchong, Sunway Mentari, Subang Jaya & Kota Kemuning
– 6 days week
– 12 hours
– RM1,400 to RM1,800
– Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply

Responsibilities:
– Provides courteous services to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries.
– Sells, registers and assigns rooms to in-coming guests and check-out departing guests based on the established procedures.
– Discuss relevant arrivals information at beginning of shift (e.g. VIPs, regular guests, groups, etc.)

Requirements:
Communicate well in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, additional languages an added advantage.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated and a great team player
Able to work shifts and/or on public holidays and weekend.
Posses own transport
Full-Time position(s) available.

– Candidate must possess at least min SPM/STPM/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
