Admin Assistant / HR Assistant – Lds International Asset Management Sdn Bhd

Able to work responsibility, independently & initiative.
– Able to work immediate.
– Preferably Chinese candidate with good working knowledge of Computer skills.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Fluent in Chinese, English, Malay and written.

Responsibilities :
– Prepare Admin work and HR correspondences such as letters, memo, emails, form and etc.
– In charge of recruitment / staffing administration. Maintain staff leave record.
– To support administration matters for operation
– Involve in accounting works, handling accounts receivable or accounts payable duties
& functions including invoicing payment, updating accounting records and others.
– Filing, documentation and any other task as and when designed by the manager.
– Any other ad-hoc matter that arises.
– Skills : MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point, UBS, SQL and etc

Minimum SPM qualification is required
